A registration + assessment: an honest, upfront read on whether your business is fundable right now, valid for 3 months
₹2,000 flat fee for registration + assessment, non-refundable; must be repeated (and paid again) after 3 months if you're still raising
A personal introduction to investors WRAEMO knows and trusts, once ready
3% of the total amount raised, flat, regardless of company size; non-negotiable
An email with a calendar invite From WRAEMO once an interested investor is ready to meet
Founders must strictly adhere to the scheduled time
WRAEMO's own honest written note to the investor about your business, alongside the introduction
A WRAEMO representative sits in on every investor meeting
If an investor no-shows without notice, they're warned for disrespecting the founder's time
Once connected with an investor through WRAEMO, founders cannot deal with that investor outside WRAEMO for 6 months
If an investor messages before/at the meeting start explaining why they can't join, WRAEMO reschedules or connects the founder with another investor from the pool
Founders are expected to already know and correctly use core business terms (CAC, Equity, ESOP, Gross Margin, PAT, Churn Rate, SKU, EBITDA, ARR, and others)
